Since 2019, Kayla’s Hope has been providing annual scholarships to local graduating seniors with the intent to study Music, Literature, or Psychology. Scholarships will be awarded to students at St. Charles East, St. Charles North, Geneva, and Batavia for the 2026 Graduating Class.

Our Focus

MUSIC

Music is a powerful outlet for emotion, expressing what words cannot. It helps us heal and connect through our senses. Kayla found joy playing the violin and her love for it shined through every note.

LITERATURE

Literature offers peace, imagination, and insight. Reading and writing can calm the mind and spark dreams. Kayla was a passionate reader and writer, with hopes of becoming an editor one day.

PSYCHOLOGY

Psychology helps us understand the mind and behavior. Kayla struggled with severe depression and found it hard to accept help. The more we learn, the better we can support mental health and healing.
